Welcome to West Indies Home Contractors website.  We are a company who’s name is synonymous with home building in Jamaica.  The company was the first to introduce system building into the island with the development of Mona Heights, and was the first to build a 10,000 house development anywhere in the Caribbean.    Today, nearly 50 years later we continue to make our mark in the building and construction industry.  Our three new school modules designed with the curriculum planners of the Jamaican Ministry of Education is now being built in 17 locations in Western Jamaica. 
The company has a proven track record in civil works was with several road development and rehabilitation projects across the island. 
While we are well known as a developer, WIHCON is currently working as a contractor on the Hellshire Glades Development for the UDC.   

Our  Managing Director, Delroy Alcott is anxious to exploit the wealth of knowledge that the company has gained over the years  in project management, development, constructing civil works and social infrastructure such as schools and other social buildings.
