The name WIHCON is most associated with housing in Jamaica as the company has been the single largest private developer of homes in Jamaica with 37 different developments which are mainly found in Kingston and St. Catherine. Since 1958 WIHCON has built homes for low and middle income earners through the use of the company’s innovative and cost effective proprietary building systems.

| WIHCON'S SCHOOL PROJECTS |
| The WIHCON proprietary precast building system has been implemented successfully over the years to build a total of 56 new schools or additions to pre-existing schools in Jamaica. The last major school project consisted of 17 schools built in Western Jamaica for the Ministry of Education. The schools were designed in conjunction with the Ministry of Education’s planning unit and architect Patrick Stanigar working as a consultant with WIHCON. The results are schools that meet the requirements of the curriculum in a solid, esthetically pleasing learning environment. |
